When Logic Meets Bliss Year: 2016 Materials: Powder coated steel, LED tube light, paper "Coming from the same root, made from the same tissue, doesn’t necessarily mean we’ll bloom in the same way. Some people keep more of their world to themselves. Others have an intense urge to expose some scenes of their incredible inner world. In between this dynamic there is no right or wrong. It is the mystery and diversity of the subjective within a human being that makes interaction between us all so attractive."
When Logic Meets Bliss” is a series of light objects that emphasize the freedom of choice and expression of personality when creating one’s personal environment. Made from a single LED tube light embraced by a powdercoated steel housing and a differing flat paper shade, the lamps are simple and play with the qualities of paper as an expressive medium. The result is an understandable, yet poetic series of lamps that all have their own character.
